The story of the 2021 exams continues. On the Radio this morning Tina Isaacs, head of 14 - 19 exams at Ofqual, describes the pleathra of alternative exam arrangements along with the wide variety of scenarios of whcih pupils are being grades in the summer of 2021.

Schools and colleges are using a full array of different assesment. WIth some schools using the full exam system while others are using continual assessement.

Make of it as you will. One thing is clear. Schoools should not be involved with assessement. THe job of assessment totally clouds the most important job of a school which is learning and development.
